💥 For the 2024 HS State Championships--> DEADLINE to purchase 2024 USAPL Membership December 1, 2023. This is because we need to confirm memberships prior to the meet. If you do not have a membership by December 1, 2023 we will assume you are no longer wanting to participate in this meet. Remember there are no refunds for any reason.
If you choose to buy your membership prior to November 1, you will need to renew your membership to compete in 2024.
DRUG TESTING 💥 USA Powerlifting is a drug free organization. A minimum 10% of participants will be drug tested by urinalysis. All lifters must agree to have been drug-free for the past thirty-six (36) months.
Divisions JV - must be enrolled in 9th or 10th grade
Varsity - includes all grades 9th thru 12th

LIFTING CATEGORIES (please see rulebook Section 3 for Personal Apparel and Equipment details) ✓RAW - lifters must wearnon-supportive singlets, t-shirt, underwear and shoes. Belts, wrist wraps, and knee sleeves are allowed but not required.The RAW category is most common, especially for new lifters.
✓Equipped - supportive squat and deadlift suits, bench shirts, belts, wrist wraps, and knee wraps. Please see rule book for approved equipment list.

TEAM COMPETITION: All Georgia Official High Schools can compete as a team. High School teams are not required to be a USA Powerlifiting Club. There will be no team registration fee.
MENTORS: TruBorn Strong is offering a mentor program for free. If you are interested in having a mentor, we will try and connect you with an experienced lifter/mentor. The mentor will walk you through your meet day, from check-in through lifting. They are not coaches. There should be no exchange of money for services. Our mentors are volunteers who want to give back to the sport of powerlifting!
